Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the importance attached by students of the Master on Teachers of Compulsory Secondary Education, Upper Secondary Education and Vocational Training to the competences proposed by the experts to define a good teacher and discuss their perceptions of the degree of development the same competences through the Practicum. The results of this study can identify the skills that remain relevant from the viewpoint of the students are being developed in the Practicum and that should be incorporated to suit their expectations
