Doctor by the Universidad de Oviedo with the thesis Un entorno gamificado aumentado para estimular la competencia comunicativa de alumnado con Trastorno del Espectro Autista 2024. Supervised by Dr. María Esther del Moral Pérez, Dr. Jonathan Castañeda Fernández.

Assistant Professor at the University of Oviedo, affiliated with the area of Didactics and School Organization (DOE). PhD in Education and Psychology with a University Teacher Training Fellowship (FPU), recipient of the Fundación ONCE Award, granted by the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain in 2025 for her doctoral thesis. Early Childhood Education Teacher with a Master’s Degree in Research and Innovation in Early Childhood and Primary Education. Member of the research group “TECN@: Technology and Learning” at the University of Oviedo. Included in the “Women Scientists and Innovators” platform of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT). Her research focuses on the integration of technological resources in the teaching–learning process, including inclusive education, digital applications, augmented reality, gamification, audiovisual narratives, and serious games. She has carried out research stays at the Institute for Educational Technology (CNR-ITD) in Genoa (Italy), the Centre for Research and Intervention in Education (CIIE) at the University of Porto (Portugal), and the University of Valencia (Spain).
