Abstract

In the environment of Web technologies projects, nowadays it has been chosen to use standards as the proposed ones by the organization W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) in relation to subjects as the accessibility, internationalization, independence of device, as well as in security and privacy At present, many efforts are spent in the software projects associated to Web technologies, to approach the standards of accessibility or security, but the privacy it is the opposite case. This paper analyzes and fixes the steps to implant a privacy policy with W3c standard. Also it is described the performance of a privacy policy P3P (Platform for Privacy Preferences). The operation and use are very much linked to the deployment steps. It defines a deployment methodology of privacy policies on Web projects. This will include the phases of definition or personal data set identification, which has to be notified to the user who accedes to web site. The software products of Web technologies are based on a confidence relation between the participants. To use a privacy policy is going to allow increasing and improving this relation.
