Abstract
The main objective of this study was to know the level of satisfaction, usefulness and perception of the experience of a practical and innovative workshop on “life skills” called “RegulaTE” in university students. This workshop focuses on the search for the improvement of inter- and intrapersonal skills through a session structure where the fundamental objective is focused on the development of emotions from a theoretical-practical point of view through movement. The sample consisted of a total of 12 university students from different degrees in the area of knowledge of Health Sciences (M = 23.07; SD = 1.4) who participated in the so-called “Researchers’ Night”. The workshop lasted 90 minutes divided into three parts (debate on emotions; activities in pairs with practical cases; physical exercise techniques and experienced emotions). The results reflected a good assessment by the participants in the ad-hoc survey prepared including the open question.
