Abstract

This article suggest that you shouldn´t refer to the so - called Maturity Concept, the precise chronological age for the starting of the reading and the writing - but you should define the Level of Knowledge that childs require for initiating them with success into the reading and the writing techniques. This level can be reached at an early age. I doesn´t depend on the training in skills like Laterality, Body Scheme, Visual and Hearing Discrimination, but a didactic drive paying attention to the students talking language development, also to a phonological awareness training, and also to an adequate motivation.
