Procedure: a total of 758 professionals working in 154 organizations and 288 centres participated applying the GENCAT Scale (Verdugo, Arias, Gómez, & Schalock, 2008) to 11624 recipients of social services in Catalonia. The 42% of the sample were elderly, the 45,5% were people with intellectual disabilities; the 10,8% had mental health problems, the 9,9% were persons with physical disabilities, and the 2,2% were persons with sensory disabilities.
