Zusammenfassung
Conflict management in schools applying integrated programs. Conflict arises when there is a collision of interests or when two or more people strive for goals or means which are perceived as incompatible. These collisions or controversies, when they arise between understanding persons, can be undertaken by mediation to reach an agreement or by different intervention programs incorporated as objectives mainly within the tutorial program of the school. This investigation tries, on the one hand, to generate tools to evaluate conflicts and, on the other, to design intervention programs to develop and improve motivation, strategies and social interaction.
