Cultura innovadora y competitividad en las empresas de servicios intensivos en conocimientoel papel mediador de la cultura co-creadora

Resumen

Este trabajo analiza la influencia de la cultura empresarial innovadora en los resultados empresariales de una muestra de 154 empresas españolas de servicios empresariales intensivos en conocimiento. Los efectos de la cultura innovadora, clave para el éxito de los esfuerzos de innovación en los resultados empresariales, han sido poco estudiados en la literatura y, aún menos, entre empresas de servicios industriales. Para profundizar en cómo actúa la cultura innovadora en los resultados se examina el papel mediador de la predisposición cultural a que tanto clientes como empleados de primera línea participen en el desarrollo de innovaciones de servicio. De este modo, se analiza a nivel organizativo el efecto de las subculturas de co-creación en el logro de ventajas competitivas. Los resultados del estudio indican que las empresas con mayor cultura innovadora desarrollan una mayor predisposición para la co-creación con clientes y empleados de primera línea, lo que les permite obtener mejores resultados.
