Ciencias Jurídicas Básicas
El Departamento de Ciencias Jurídicas Básicas de la Universidad de Oviedo es el órgano encargado de organizar y desarrollar la investigación y de impartir y coordinar las enseñanzas del área o áreas de conocimiento de Derecho Eclesiástico del Estado, Derecho Penal, Derecho Procesal, Derecho Romano, Historia del Derecho y Filosofía del Derecho en los centros universitarios que se designen, de acuerdo con la programación docente de la Universidad, así como de apoyar e impulsar las actividades e iniciativas docentes e investigadoras del profesorado.
