Graduated in Biology at the University of Oviedo in 2017, I studied the following year a Master's Degree in Biotechnology Applied to the Conservation and Sustainable Management of Plant Resources at the same university due to my great interest in plants, whose mechanisms of survival, development and defense have to be highly optimized for their sessile condition. My working career began the following year, in 2019, studying postharvest mechanisms in grapes and strawberries at a research center (ICTAN-CSIC, Madrid); and since 2020 I am a Severo Ochoa pre-doctoral researcher studying the response of plants to climate change (Biogeosciences doctoral program), results that I periodically communicate at national and international congresses. I took and I take part in different research projects (AGL2017-83988-R, PID2020-113896GB-I00) as well as teaching innovation projects (File 124569) and I regularly carry out divulgation activities (Open Days on University, European Researchers Night).
