I have a degree in Medicine from the University of Oviedo. As a lover of children, I trained as a resident doctor in Pediatrics at the former Hospital Central de Asturias, where I worked until 2016 as a neonatologist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. After a few months as a Primary Care pediatrician, since 2018 I have been part of the Pediatric Service of the Hospital Universitario de Cabueñes. I am a Doctor from the University of Oviedo (2011) and I have a Master's degree in Quantitative and Analytical Methods for Evidence-Based Medicine from UNED Master in Neonatology. Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir. I have taken more than 50 accredited courses with special attention in the field of Neonatology and I have been a teacher in 30 Neonatal cardiopulmonary animation courses; Simulation in neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, neonatal mechanical ventilation and breastfeeding I have been an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Uniovi since 2021 and coordinator of all University students who do their rotation at HU Cabueñes. In this time I have directed 5 TFG, I have been part of 5 thesis courts and I have developed an innovation project. I have also been a teacher in more than 30 neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation courses; Simulation in neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, neonatal mechanical ventilation and breastfeeding. Author and co-author of more than 30 articles published in medical journals Author and co-author of 10 book chapters related to neonatology, neonatal and pediatric transport, breastfeeding and neonatal mechanical ventilation. I am part of the Member of the Surfactant and Respiratory Pathology Group of the Spanish Society of Neonatology, Neonatal Transport Group of the Spanish Society of Neonatology.
