Zusammenfassung

In the succession of the donor, it is mandatory to add the value of the donations in order to verify the possible injury to the legitimate rights. Despite the fact the donor cannot exempt a donne from adding the value of his donation in the calculation of the legitimate rights as it is a mandatory rule, he has a certain must be imputed or the concept in which he makes it. Based on this margin of freedom, this paper analyzes the incidence and scope of the modification in the order of imputation made unilaterally by the donor.
