Zusammenfassung
The enormous difficulty involved in family law procedures, especially those involving minor children or people with disabilities, from a substantive point of view due to their complexity and jurisprudential evolution and, from a procedural point of view due to their own specialties. In relation to civil procedures in general, they make us consider and study ghe complexity of the proposition and practice of evidence, its possible illegality and the role played by the «best interest of de minor», in practice, through the latest jurisprudential pronouncements.
