Résumé

This paper describes three different Fe-Mn ore-types found in Cuera Range (Cantabrian Mountains, NW Spain): Sedimentary (Carboniferous), low-temperature hydrothermal (early Permian) and karstic supergene (Quaternary). Relationships between these ore-types have been analyzed, finding that they follow a temporary evolutive path: firstly, sedimentary ores were formed. Secondly, FeMn was remobilized by a hydrothermal event and, eventually, FeMn was reconcentrated by recent karstic processes.
