Zusammenfassung
The purpose of the work is to study the novelties introduced by the Housing Right Law (LDV) in the LEC, and, specifically, in the procedures of sections 1, 2, 4 and 7 of article 250 LEC, as well as in the precautionary measures on eviction and restitution of real estate derived from the criminal proceedings of article 245 CP. One of the main conclusions of the work being that the LDV lacks an adequate legislative technique.
