Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to apply an innovative activity called "Anatomical Jumanji" in the practical classes of Human Anatomy of the degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences. To do this, 180 undergraduate students (M = 20.2; SD = 2.46) participated in the study, to whom a questionnaire was given to assess the acquisition of knowledge with ten questions with four response options, together with two questions about the satisfaction and usefulness of innovative activity. The results showed that the acquisition of knowledge was quite high and, in turn, the students reflected a high level of satisfaction and usefulness in a general way, even demanding a longer duration for their future work as professionals. It is concluded that the "Anatomical Jumanji" experience can be an innovative way of teaching Human Anatomy, as well as being extrapolated to other subjects and improving the satisfaction and knowledge of undergraduate students.
