Resum
The existence of teaching models through virtual reality, focused on university careers such as nautical ones, favors the incorporation of various teaching-learning strategies. The students of the Civil Navy degrees prepare to develop their profession on board merchant marine ships and this type of strategy promotes immersive learning, autonomous learning and the possibility of self-assessment. This paper shows the positive results of using this type of strategy after evaluating a total of 92 nautical students. The continuity of this initiative and the creation of new content for more subjects in the future are expected.
