Zusammenfassung
The best interest of the under-age is one of those principles of eminently jurisprudential construction that has been consolidated as one of the backbones of the new Family Law. Its level of impact and conceptual elasticity is such that its practical application has a very varied casuistry. Among them, it is worth highlighting its connection with the order of the surnames of under-ages. Very recently the Supreme Court has consolidated a suggestive doctrine regarding the legal protection of under-ages and the order of their surnames.
