Resum

Throughout 2022, the market of plastic arts using NFT has grown in a surprising way, especially in the field of digital art. However, this growth has been accompanied by doubts about the legality of the transactions and the transmitted object. Also, conflicts related to the sale of digital works without authorization or the existence of different tokenizations on the same creation appeared. This article aims to highlight some of the particular aspects of property and intellectual property rights that affect the creation and marketing of plastic works through NFT.
