Abstract

We provide the first list of terrestrial and littoral habitats present in the Principality of Asturias, following the habitat types defined at European level by the hierarchical habitat classification system EUNIS (European Nature Information System), at national level by the Spanish standard list of terrestrial habitats (ES units), and at regional level (PA units). Likewise, we include a checklist of those species mentioned in the text which occur in Asturias
