Abstract
The purging of irregular administrative contracting can be carried out through different channels, whose legal regime (causes, procedure, deadlines) and economic effects differ considerably and on which there is a wide disparity of criteria. The work analyses the channels of the judicial claim for payment based on the prohibition of unjust enrichment, the extrajudicial recognition of credits and the validation of expenses, the ex officio review of irregular contracting, the patrimonial and contractual liability and their respective economic effects.
