Abstract

This work performs a security vulnerability analysis on open hardware electronic devices based on Arduino boards. Vulnerabilities of different types such as hardware manipulation, vulnerabilities in Firmware and communication are considered. As a result of this analysis, some recommendations of good electronic design practices with these devices are offered.
