Abstract

Kahoot is a very interesting application for teaching, it allows evaluations, activities and tests and achieves greater participation and involvement of the student. In a 4-hour postgraduate training course on skin diseases for Primary Care physicians, kahoot is used to assess knowledge before and after the lecture sessions and, secondly, to assess student satisfaction with the course. The percentage of correct answers for the questions after the expository classes was higher, presenting an improvement of 11.75% on average. In the satisfaction survey, the use of this app obtained a very good or good rating from 92.5% of those surveyed. Kahoot improves learning and is highly valued by students, as is the course format, syllabus, and speakers. The audiovisuals and the venue must be improved.
