Resumo

The AENOR commitment AEN/CTN 166 has recently developed the new UNE 166.000 Standard for standardizing and certificating the R+D projects and systems. This standard requires a software system for the project management. The background for R+D projects are common with other kind of projects, but they have also important features distinguishing then. Usually, these projects are funded by programs belonging to public institutions. These programs promote the collaboration between partners. Each partner usually involve several subcontractors. So the methodology for the project management of these projects must consider these features. This work presents the certification process carried out into an SME belonging to the electrical manufacturing and Distribution sector.
