Abstract

The main objective of this project is to develop a model to control the quality of the strip coating in a galvanizing line using the thermal information provided by an infrared camera. The system will be used as a way of surveillance of the installation conditions and to determine changes as a condition monitoring virtual sensor. This system will be tested at the Galvanization Line Number 2 at Aceralia-Avilés.
