Resumen

The development of teaching innovation projects is already part of the routine of university teaching staff in Spain. However, the work of coordinating these innovative experiences is less well known and the research teaching staff do not always have specific training in this area, so they often proceed by trial anderror. The aim of this paper is to share an experience of coordinating a transdisciplinary network of teaching innovation, from a critical perspective, with the aim of offering teaching staff guidance on the management processes that are carried out during the development of university teaching innovation projects, based on the model of the University of Oviedo. The goal is to answer some basic questions, useful for new teaching staff, and to suggest new questions that will help those who are already involved in collaborative teaching networks and projects to take up the challenges. It also hopes to raise awareness among institutions and agents involved in innovation processes, so that they can reinforce and promote teacher training in the coordination and management of transdisciplinary teams related to teaching innovation.
