Resum

This paper offers an organized summing-up of several methods and approaches for student self-assessment, actually applied to computer science teaching in Spain in recent years and presented at JENUI, making some reflections on their respective goals and benefits, that can be of interest as a hint for applying them. The state of the art, reached results and documented conclusions are studied. Several experiences are presented and commented as well, made by these and other authors, supporting these reflections.
