During last decade in the university the teaching function has had a great evolution, which has affected and demanded great changes in its approach. In this context the university teacher has been exposed to psychosocial risks with more intensity. This research has been carried out at the University of Oviedo. Three different evaluation methods have been applied in order to identify psychosocial risk factors that are present in the work environment. The results obtained show a high exposure of teacher to burnout syndrome, then immediate and specific measures would be required.
