Abstract

Nowadays social responsibility is the way that companies have to report to society from what they take from it to carry out their activity and obtain benefits. Then comunication to society about the impacts they cause must be required. This comunicaton could be economically, as well as socially and environmentally. University, like any other organization, must also render accounts to the different social agents. In this context, the aim of the present research is to explore the training in socially responsible competences, limiting its scope to the Bachelor's degrees that are taught at the University of Oviedo in the 2017-2018 academic year.This exploratory research is focus in identifying the current situation, and its aim is simply to establish a framework for future modifications that those responsibles for each center title consider to carry out. The results obtained by analyzing contents verified reports of degree courses have shown that in all fields of knowledge the soft skills have reflected, although the greatest commitment to adquisicion socially responsible competences takes place in the branch of Art and Humanities, being Ethics the predominant term. The Sciences and the term Inclusion are in the other extreme.
