Abstract

This paper presents an active methodology of group work based on the design of parachutes. For this purpose smallgroups of 3 students are constituted. The students have to design a parachute to reach a specific task. At the end of theimplementation period of the project we carry out a competition where each group launches its parachute. This teachingmethodology was evaluated by means of a survey that was provided to the students. The results of the survey are shownat the end of the paper.
