Competencias emocionales de los directivos de PYMES de servicios españolas y su influencia en el aprendizaje organizativo

Resumen

En este trabajo se analiza la relación entre la inteligencia emocional de los directivos y el aprendizaje organizativo. A partir de la revisión de la literatura sobre el tema se plantean una serie de hipótesis de trabajo. Para contrastar estas hipótesis se utiliza un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales realizado a partir de los datos provenientes de encuestas postales efectuadas a una muestra de directivos de pymes de servicios españolas. Los resultados indican que la inteligencia emocional de los directivos afecta a la adquisición de información dentro de la empresa, a la difusión de esa información, a su interpretación conjunta y a la memoria organizativa.
