Sustainable development goals

Abstract

El artículo examina cuáles son las preocupaciones de las principales empresas españolas en relación al Bienestar Ocupacional, de qué manera se reflejan en sus informes de sostenibilidad y cómo se trasladan esos valores corporativos a la gestión de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. El Bienestar Ocupacional se ha convertido en un concepto clave para la ética empresarial, ya que integra un conjunto de prestaciones imprescindible para afrontar tanto los "viejos riesgos" como los "nuevos riesgos" característicos de sociedades complejas y competitivas. Se ha realizado una investigación cualitativa a partir de cuarenta y dos informes de sostenibilidad publicados en 2019 por las empresas que integran el índice bursátil IBEX-35 y otras siete que destacan por su volumen de contratación de trabajadores. Los resultados permiten relacionar el Bienestar Ocupacional y sus ámbitos de aplicación con la gestión de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en aspectos tales como las condiciones de trabajo, la salud laboral, la conciliación y la formación continua.
