This work is part of the PhD called Las Enseñanzas Artísticas en Extremadura:historia, personajes, ambientes y actualidad [Arts Education in Extremadura: history, people, environments and current times] which was presented in july 2019. This paper focuses in the formation of workers and institutions which were supporting this education for the working class. In this sense, these institutions did not only have a social impact, but also a cultural impact where arts education played a very interesting role in.
