Résumé

Occupational accidents are the most negative aspect that comes to the labor market. Therefore, the Occupational Risks Prevention is important in all areas, and is especially relevant in certain environments or activities because of its dangerousness. Since 1986 there is specific legislation in Spain to establish compulsory inclusion within construction projects of a paragraph or annex on conditions of health and safety. But even within construction industry, there are certain activities such as the construction of tunnels in which the safety and health study has more importance. Given the identity of the occupational hazards of such activities, it is possible to exploit the knowledge of one case to another. Unfortunately, this means some non-detailed studies of each work and deficient in some fundamental aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a framework study of safety and health in the specific field of tunnel’s works that covers all important aspects that can be used by adapting anywhere and any company and to improve health and safety tunnel’s works.
