Abstract

On the occasion of the declinatory action for lack of jurisdiction brought by the Republic of Armenia in an insolvency proceeding, the judicial decision under analysis examines different perspectives of State immunity from jurisdiction and its possible exceptions, as well as the international jurisdiction of the Court within the framework of Regulation (EU) 2015/848.
