Abstract
On the occasion of the question of jurisdiction raised by the Hoge Raad der Nederlanden (Supreme Court of the Netherlands), the judgment in question examines different perspectives on the immunity from jurisdiction and execution of international organizations within the framework of Regulation (EU) 1215/ 2012.
