Organización de grupos para la formación inicial de conductores profesionales de autobuses en conducción eficiente

Resumen

La conducción eficiente se está volviendo esencial en las compañías de transporte público para conseguir un rendimiento seguro, confortable y sostenible. El proceso formativo resulta más efectivo si se afrontan las necesidades individuales de cada conductor según sus hábitos de conducción. Este grupo de investigación ha desarrollado una metodología de aprendizaje que busca ser adaptativa y ya se emplea en varias flotas profesionales, pero cuya formación inicial es igual para todos los asistentes. Proponemos un sistema capaz de detectar las fortalezas y debilidades de cada conductor con una cantidad muy reducida de datos y clasificarlos antes de la primera sesión formativa. Los datos se obtienen de la monitorización remota de autobuses urbanos durante la jornada laboral. La distribución de los conductores en los diferentes grupos supone el punto de inicio para la evaluación de capacidades, y todos reciben una formación básica adaptada como inicio de una metodología mucho más compleja.
