Résumé
In this work I analyze the right to education in its ideological dimension and as an instrument at the service of dignity, equality, the difference, the pluralism and rights in a guarantee context, and that faces, among others, two serious problems that deserve all the critical iusphilosophical attention: the parental ideological objection to the contents of the subjects; and the segregation or separation of the students according to their biological sex. The argumentative development of the analysis has permanently present the normative and jurisdictional tax development of the two issues indicated and the latest statements regarding the Spanish TC.
