Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the Quality of Work Life (CVL) and the training management indicators (GF) of teachers from the National University of Chimborazo (UNACH). The foundation is the Psychological Theory of CVL and Total Quality. The type of investigation is analytical; the methodology is quantitative, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. Two instruments, the CVP-35 questionnaire and the questionnaire (GF), were applied to a sample of 251 teachers. The results obtained show a correlation between the factors studied. It is concluded that the more workload the less they value training management and vice versa.
