The aim of the work is to devise, produce and present an approach for applying the BIM methodology in public construction sector in a way, which takes account of sustainability aspects. The intention is to illustrate a holistic approach, which consider the sustainability as defined by the BNB (Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen) and is based on the application of the BIM methodology in public construction sector.
