Resumen

lt was intended to quantify the marginal adaptation on dental bridges and crowns (a problematic aspects in medical practice as well in scientific literature) because of its importance on gingival health. So the disagreements on marginal adaptation maximum and minimum of dihedral angles and faces were evaluated in 100 extracted teeth, carriers of permanent prosthesis with entire covering, and have been correlated with the eventual presence of a bridge. The results shoved average disagreements, oscillating between 2,5 and 27 times the tolerable maximum as most obliging authors say, and between 10 and 108 times the ones preconized by the A.D.A. Differences statiscally significants were between the failures of the fitting by lingual and proximal.
