Laburpena

An autoecological, sociological and statistical study is made about the behaviour of Nardus stricta L. in the Cantabrian Mountains and nearby áreas following with sligth modifications the criteria of P. DUVIGNEAUD in order to adjunt to the phytosociological approach of the sigmatistic school. We draw from this work the great ecological plasticity of "mat-grass", coexisting with three ecological groups:Hygrophilous, anthropozoogenous, mesophilous.
