Résumé

This paper presents a methodology for the success evaluation of distance-learning services in The Internet, where the contents are in audio/video format. In spite of there are several technologies to deliver the information to the user, streaming technology is very interesting because the information can be reproduced at the same time is delivered. This characteristic permits to evaluate the success of the contents and the user profile, analyzing the delivered information, the user interaction and the order in the content selection. The methodology groups several processes, metrics and tests for the service evaluation.
