Abstract
Sebaceous carcinoma is a rare neoplasm that arises in the orbital area in 75% of the cases. We present 3 cases of orbital sebaceous carcinoma in advanced stage. Orbital exenteration was performed as primary treatment. One patient is alive andfree of disease after 3 years. Two patients presented regional metastatic disease after orbital exenteration. One of them was treated with surgery and radioterapy. He is alive after 2 years. The other one, was surgically uncontrollable and finally died as a consecuence of hematogenous metastatic disease 4years after initial diagnosis. We review the literature about this tumour.
