Resumo
This papertries to characterise the system of collective negotiation in Spain and tries to further the study of its influence over the functioning of our labour markets. With this objective it describes the characteristics ofour structure of negotiation and evaluates the impactof the 1994 reform of the labour institutional framework. Next, the paper studies the differences in the agreed salary conditions according to the different ranges of negotiation, and deals with the study of the unpublished question in our literature, i.e. the influence of collective negotiation over professional training. Finally, the reflects on the recent labour reform and presents some proposals to study in depth.
