Valoración y análisis de los decomisos y alijos de drogas sometidas a fiscalización en CCAA valenciana. Años 2010, 2011 y 2012

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: We have been studying misuse of drugs such as Cannabis , Cocaíne, Heroíne and Emerging Drugs of abuse in Valencia ( Spain) , from 2010 to 2012. Spain is among the five most affected countries in Europe. METHODOLOGY: The project development includes activities related to the technical Sample Analysis by TLC (Thin Layer Chromatography), Gas (GC) and Mass Espectrometry (EM). All analyses from the illicit substances were carried out in the Laboratory of Control Drug Health Area of Valencia. All samples from illicit traffic caches that are deposited in the Health Area of Valencia by Enforcement Law Forces (Local and Federal Police, Guardia Civil) from Castellón and Valencia. We include in this study areas of health where required the relevant Courts when contradictory analysis. All illicit caches that are deposited in the Health Area of Valencia by the State Security Forces (Local and Federal Police, Guardia Civil) have been received and analyzed in the Laboratory of the Department of Health. CONCLUSIONS: The analysis of our data, we see that cannabis seized in CCAA Valencia is 7.42%% of the national total for 2011. with a total weight of 28,527 kilos (for 2011) and 21,550 kg for 2012t 1 Cannabis is the most commonly used illicit drug, in The World, and Europe, and Spain. 2. Cocaine appears, as happens in Spain (4565 kg seized in 2011 and 1584 kg in 2012). If we compare with the available values (25241 kg in 2010 for Spain, it would be confiscated in Valencia. 3. Amphetamines and MDMA appear in third or fourth group, as they are taken as a whole group including Ecstasy or separate into New emerging drugs.
