Voces de la vida cotidiana en protocolos notariales de Burgos(siglo XVIII)

Résumé

This work analyzes the vocabulary of the daily life of Burgos in the 18th century. Starting from the consultation, selection and transcription of detailed goods inventories in notarial documents conserved in the Provincial Historic Archive of Burgos, many terms have been found, some of which do not always appear in the texts that served as the basis for the elaboration of the academic dictionary. According the method of historical studies, voices with philological interest are analyzed because of their form, their meaning or their early presence in Burgos documents. Besides, these words are related to the social environment of an era full of contrasts between the daily lives of the speakers. The results show that the hesitation in the graphic representation limits the scope of the conclusions at different lingüistic levels, as the settlement of the academic norm was unfinished.
