Abstract

In this paper we consider the behavior and ruling regime of the fixed price housing in Asturias, takig into account a set of explanatory, or predictive, variables through the specification of a logit regression model. The results will allow us to evaluate, among other issues, the results of the Housing Plan 1998-2001.
