The monastery of San Xiao de Moraime (Muxía- A Coruña) and the inhabitants of the port of Muxía establish an agreement on the rights and obligations that each party undertakes to maintain regarding, among other things, the rent that the inhabitants have to pay to the monastery for the ships that are in the port and for the houses that are built and inhabited there and the ovens that are built. The monastery undertakes to defend the neighbours from any person who might try to exercise another dominion over them.
