Abstract

The head and neck cancers represent 15% of all the malignant tumors in transplanted patients. The principal cause that justifies this incidence increase with relation to the general population is the increase in lip cancers. The present work documents two cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma developed in patient submitted to a renal transplant. A review on the issue is accomplished, defining the most transcendental clinic aspects for the dental medicine.
